Right for Education is an online destination for timeless, relevant content to inform, inspire and empower. We work with experts in their field to curate engaging content written entirely for our African audience of 6.3 million, paying respect to their values and culture in a neutral manner. Every article we publish has purpose and substance, covering topics from business and women’s rights, to health and the environment, as we aim to generate discussion and broaden horizons. With our audience spread across 45 countries in Africa, making us the largest independent communicator in Sub-Saharan Africa, our ambition is for everyone across the continent to have access to our informative and purposeful articles.

How does your current role allow you to make a difference to the education and learning space?

Right for Education specialises in education on scale. We use our data to understand what people are interested in, and create highly relevant relevant information for a vast audience.

What are the key trends you believe have the power to transform the way we learn?

We believe the best way to create sustainable change in Africa is by reaching and educating large groups of people to change educate them homogeneously. This is why we use social media to share our content.

Why is it important for all players in the EdTech ecosystem to continuously connect, network and learn from each other?

EdTech is a fast moving field with lots of innovation. Working together is the best way to ensure that big changes happen in education fast.

When you think about joining London EdTech Week and EdTechXEurope Summit this year, what are you looking forward to?

I am looking forward to learning from the exciting panels and meeting key players in EdTech. I hope we can support each other and work together in the future.
